Welcome to South Bay Baptist Church! We are a community of people that seeks to live like Jesus Christ in the 21st Century, both in our words and our actions, as we are being transformed into His likeness by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our prayer is that South Bay Baptist Church would be a shining light to the community of Chula Vista and beyond. Because of that desire, we are committed to bringing the good news and love of Jesus Christ to our neighborhood, our city, and even to the world. It is our desire to walk beside you and your family to encourage you in your relationship with Christ, who is the King of kings!

Several of our church members went to Mexico to build a house for a poor family in need in cooperation with Amor Ministries in July 2009. We are planning another trip in July 2010. If you would like to participate, you must have a valid passport. More info coming soon.
